QUALITY POLICY
The strategic goal of our company is successful operation as a leading company in the field, as well as establishing strong and long-lasting ties with our business partners to allow for continuous improvement of the technical level of operations, production quality and productivity. Our priorities also include expanding our services and production portfolio of system and technical solutions offered to customers and business partners.

Quality comes first in our company. It is guaranteed by the qualifications and proactive approach of all our employees. We are aware that the quality of all the processes in our company determines our future.
2. Customer-oriented approach
We take pride in delivering products of the required quality and on the agreed dates. We maintain close relations with all of our customers, enabling us to respond flexibly to all of their requirements, needs and expectations.
3. Cost-effectiveness and efficiency, supplier relations
We do our best to develop cooperation with our suppliers as a true partnership. We take measures that allow us to reduce costs and avoid all forms of inefficiency.

They are responsible for its effectiveness and adopt planned measures, both internal and external, in compliance with the mission of our organisation. When planning and implementing changes to the quality management system, integrity is the main concern. Our company complies with applicable laws and regulations and fully understands customer requirements. Our quality policy is reviewed annually as part of the Quality Management System Review.
The quality policy is issued as a separate document and is communicated to all employees.
